Neill Crofts is founding father and the brain behind a  great new concept: Authentic Leadership & Authentic Transformation. While Authentic Leadership seems mainly about asking the right questions to yourself, the website offers a thorough resource for people who seek some inspiration or a clear orientation in their busy life. Among his books are ‘Seven Stages of Authenticity‘ and a new free e-book ‘Authentic Leadership‘.
